ALFREDO SAUCE

Today i’m going to be telling you how to make my moms Alfredo sauce.

This is all the stuff she uses:

1)4 32 oz (1 QT) Heavy Cream about 20 cups

2) 1 lb of Butter

3) 1/2 large Onion (take pieces apart)

4) 2 tsp Cloves

5) 6 Bay leaves

6) 10 tbsp of Minced Garlic

7) 18 tbsp of Italian Seasoning

8) 5 tbsp of Mrs Dash (Original blend)

9) 5 tbsp of Garlic Salt (Lawrys)

10) 5 tbsp of Lemon Pepper

11) 2 packs 1.25 oz ( Creamy Garlic Alredo Sause mix) (optinal add to sause)

12) Salt and pepper (To taste)

13) 24 cups of Parmesan Cheese

14) 4 cups of Chopped Parsley Fresh or Dry

WHITE ROUX

1)1 1/2 cup of Butter

2) 1 1/4 cup of Flour

This is how you make it:

1)Add Heavy Cream, Butter, Onions, Bay leaves, and Garlic in Heavy sauce pan , soft boil. About 30 mins.

2) In a separate sauce pan make white roux with Flour and Butter. Melt butter and whisk flour in slowly until blended about 7 mins.

3) Remove Onions and Bay leaves. Add the hot milk mixture to Roux while stirring constantly with a whisk to prevent lumps. Bring to boil.

4) Reduce sauce to a simmer, add all seasonings. Mix together, let stand 5 mins, add Cheese and Parsley. Blend well. Cut off and serve.

This sauce can be used with Chicken or Shrimp. You just have to add your noodles, pasta, and your Alfredo is done.
