Today I’m going to be talking about how my experience was a Rally’s. I went with my mom, my dad, my grandma, my auntie, and my other auntie.

This was my first time at Rally’s. The only reason I really wanted to come here is to get their Funnel Cake Fries then I decided to get something else from here because I was hungry. I got a Cheese Burger no onions, pickles, lettuce, or tomatoes, some fries, Funnel Cake Fries, and a sprite. Everything was really good. I give it a 9/10. The Funnel Cake Fries to me seemed like they didn’t really have flavor.

This is what they all got. My mom got a cheeseburger no onions, pickles, lettuce, or tomatoes, and fries also. My dad got a Double cheeseburger deluxe with lettuce and tomatoes, fries, and wings. My grandma got a bacon cheeseburger no onions, and a cherry slushy. My auntie got bacon cheeseburger no onions, and a koolaid tropical slushy. My other auntie got a grilled hot dog, and fries.

Today I’m going to be talking about my time at “Norms”. This time me, my dad, my mom, my grandma, and my auntie went together.

I’ve only been here twice but I think it’s really good. I only gotten one thing from here I haven’t tried any thing else yet.

What I got was the Sampler Platter which has Mozzarella sticks, fried butterfly shrimp, chicken strips, and onion rings. Instead of me getting the onion rings I replaced them with French fries. To me that was really good.

This is what they all got. My dad got Pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, and the same sampler I got but with the onion rings. My mom got Pancakes, pork chops, eggs, and hash browns. My grandma got pancakes, bone-in ham, eggs, and hash browns. My auntie got pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, and hash browns.

I recommend if you come to Los Angeles you should come here it’s in the Hawthorne area.

Today im going to be talking about what they have here, and my opinion.

This is a really good place I give it a 10/10. What I usually get from here is Potato Skins and Funnel Cake Fries with a side scoop of Vanilla ice cream.

They have this big sink of different flavors of ice cream and its for 6 people, its called the “Kitchen Sink”.

They also have these Hot Cheetos Mozzarella sticks I give them a 2/10. I didn’t really like them and all they did was just sprinkle the Cheetos crumbs on top of them.

That’s really all that ive tried from here. So that’s all of the opinions that I have about to the food ive tried besides the “Kitchen Sink”.

Today i’m going to be telling you how to make my moms Alfredo sauce.

This is all the stuff she uses:

1)4 32 oz (1 QT) Heavy Cream about 20 cups

2) 1 lb of Butter

3) 1/2 large Onion (take pieces apart)

4) 2 tsp Cloves

5) 6 Bay leaves

6) 10 tbsp of Minced Garlic

7) 18 tbsp of Italian Seasoning

8) 5 tbsp of Mrs Dash (Original blend)

9) 5 tbsp of Garlic Salt (Lawrys)

10) 5 tbsp of Lemon Pepper

11) 2 packs 1.25 oz ( Creamy Garlic Alredo Sause mix) (optinal add to sause)

12) Salt and pepper (To taste)

13) 24 cups of Parmesan Cheese

14) 4 cups of Chopped Parsley Fresh or Dry

WHITE ROUX

1)1 1/2 cup of Butter

2) 1 1/4 cup of Flour

This is how you make it:

1)Add Heavy Cream, Butter, Onions, Bay leaves, and Garlic in Heavy sauce pan , soft boil. About 30 mins.

2) In a separate sauce pan make white roux with Flour and Butter. Melt butter and whisk flour in slowly until blended about 7 mins.

3) Remove Onions and Bay leaves. Add the hot milk mixture to Roux while stirring constantly with a whisk to prevent lumps. Bring to boil.

4) Reduce sauce to a simmer, add all seasonings. Mix together, let stand 5 mins, add Cheese and Parsley. Blend well. Cut off and serve.

This sauce can be used with Chicken or Shrimp. You just have to add your noodles, pasta, and your Alfredo is done.

Today im going to be talking about a loaded potato and how its made.

Every since my mom first made a loaded potato for me I’ve loved it since. This is how we make it:

The 1st thing we do is cut two potatoes in half and then cut it horizontally. Then we also put them right on the sides of each other.

The 2nd thing we do is put seasoning on it. We use three seasonings which is Lawry’s Garlic Salt, Lawrys seasoning salt, and Lawry’s lemon pepper.

The 3rd thing we do is put butter on it. We usually put a lot of butter on it. We put garlic butter and regular butter on it.

The 4th thing we do is put cheese all over it.

The 5th thing we do is put bacon bits all over it.

The 6th thing we do is put foil over it and put it in the oven on 350 for about 15 mins.

Today Im going to be talking about Funnel Cakes and how they there made.

I love Funnel Cakes I get one every time I go to an amusement park. I usually get one with just the powdered sugar and ice cream on top.

Today im going to be talking about when my mom and I made Bloves sauce.

Yesterday, September 15th I helped my mom make Bloves sauce so she can make meals to give to people at her job. I basically helped her make the whole sauce.

The first thing I did was get all of the seasonings and mix it together. I put 6 tablespoons in a bowl of each seasonings.

The second thing I did was put the butter in the pot. I put 4 sticks of the unsalted butter in the pot. Then I put 2 cartoons of chicken broth. After I put the chicken broth in the pot I let it sit.

The third thing I did was Blend the onions a little so they can be minced. We wanted them to be minced so when you dip the seafood in the sauce you can pick up the small chunks of onions.

The fourth thing I did was pour the sauce in the pot. I poured about half of the seasoning in there. Then my mom did the rest of the stuff like make her meals.

Today im going to be doing a blog about McDonalds.

Mcdonalds is a good place I give it a 8/10. What I usally get from here is a Big Mac and fries. Occasionally I get something simple like nuggets and fries.

I give a Big Mac a 10/10 it is really good. A big mac has two patties with their “special sauce”. This is what comes on the burger, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions. Everytime I go there I get no pickles because to me pickles are nasty.

Today im going to be doing a blog about “Round Table” pizza.

To me Round Table is a good place but I think its overrated, I’ve tried other places like Little Caesars and theres is also good. Me personally I give round table a 8/10. What I usually get from here is a Pepperoni pizza and sometimes barbecue wings. Occasionally I get Hearty Bacon Supreme and the Garlic Parmesan twists.

The Hearty Bacon Supreme pizza does not have the regular pizza sauce (the red sauce) it has the creamy garlic sauce instead. This is what comes on the pizza, bacon, ham, Italian sausage, tomatoes, and green onions.
